چکیده

Abstract Background Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based SARS-CoV-2 RNA detection and serological antibody tests give a proof of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. Several variables can influence the consequences these tests. Inflammatory markers among mild severe patients COVID-19 showed dissimilarity in inflammatory while computed tomography (CT) infected with used to evaluate infection severity. The aim this study is investigate application Reporting Data System (CO-RADS) classification its relation clinical laboratory finding. Results One hundred suspected have were involved. Their age was 49.6 ± 14.7. Fever cough frequent presenting symptoms. Patients positive PCR significantly associated dyspnea higher markers. Lymphopenia had sensitivity 63.6% specificity 91.7%. Combination lymphopenia increased both specificity. CT findings 90.5% 25%. CO-RADS score correlation biomarkers negative absolute lymphocyte count (ALC). Conclusions finding more prominent older lower ALC which correlated score. symptoms marker. either or sensitivity, accuracy diagnosis
